ummm provide some shelters or sell them overseas lol i really dont know??? i think its best for us to love our animals and locked the gate or put our dogs behing the bakyard esp the naughty ones. Not all dogs are a threat to our community,&should be the owners responsibility. Some regulations, restrictions etc will help i think.
I'm a major dog lover. I have 2 Red-nose Pittys, and they're both pretty well behaved. They recognize and respond to my voice and the voices of my immediate family. They recognize the sound of my car. They are child-friendly and protective of the people they know. They can tell when a stranger is on the property and both have great self discipline.
Stray dogs however, are usually dogs that are let loose by hopeless owners. People should be held fully responsible for the actions of their dogs. If you don't know how to look after a dog and raise it to be a loyal and respectful pet, then you shouldn't own one at all. Incidents have happened lately where dogs have mauled people to within an inch of their lives, and even some situations being fatal. Of course I agree that these dogs should be put down. But if dog owners were more responsible, there wouldn't be so many vicious dogs on the loose.
